Therapy saved my life. After experiencing years of interpersonal relationship abuse and a lifetime of religious trauma, therapy helped pull me from an incredibly dark place and give my life purpose and direction again. In 2019 I decided to pursue a master’s in social work so that I could help others experience hope, maybe for the first time.
